Mr. Woods focuses on investment sales, specializing in development sites and office acquisitions and dispositions for investors and owner-occupants.  Prior to joining Reliant, he worked at Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners advising non-profit clients and sourcing and acquiring development sites and income producing assets.  Previously, he was a broker at Cassidy Turley where he executed over $400M in sales transactions.  Mr. Woods has strong analytical skills and entitlement experience to help his clients position and maximize the value of their commercial real estate. Mr. Woods received his BA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and his MBA from The George Washington University.
