Our client needed 8,000 SF immediately with the ability to grow. Buildings less than 25,000 SF are extremely rare in DC, so Reliant identified a parcel of ground where Wholistic Services, Inc. could develop a 15,131 SF building to suit their operational and expansion needs. Reliant located a site, helped select a developer and secured financing for Wholistic’s new headquarters.

Reliant leased the entire property to the District of Columbia which enabled our client to outperform their investment objectives and purchase another property for their headquarters.
