Tremendous sales activity in nearby Washington, DC created buyer interest in the Annapolis market. Verizon owned a well-located, but aging facility that needed to be re-developed. We determined that a heated market would attract developers who valued the potential upside more than Verizon.

Reliant reached out to the most logical buyers: local and regional developers. Our marketing strategy demonstrated up-zoning to mixed-use, a grandfathered by-right drive thru, and additional FAR. Reliant also identified office, medical and retail tenants in the market to prove strong market demand.
